Having been on this planet for 65 years, I have discovered that a few, very simple things can make a real difference to the amount of contentment and joy you experience on a daily basis. Please note that I used the words contentment and joy, not just happiness.

It all began in 1970!
That was when ‘stress’ was first named and came of age! Vanda taught some of the first ‘stress management’ courses and was intrigued by the fact that some people, although scoring as very highly stressed, managed to flourish.

Chi has had a new baby!
Do YOU speak Bahasa Indonesia? (Literally meaning ‘the language if Indonesia’). And what has this to do with Chi’s baby? Well here it is, weighing in at 1lb 5/8oz or 470 grams. We are very proud parents and look forward to the spread of the Mind Chi meme all across Indonesia.
