Mind Chi Chat – Does your mind work for or against you?

Well??? Which is it??? I mean, really tune in to that inner Chi-chatter.
Research says that MOST of that chat is actually negative – WHY???

It made sense in the early days when it was a constantly threatening environment.
HA! I can hear you say, what is different today??
However, overall the suspicious, cautious, thinking things will go wrong constant input is not good for your wellbeing, or finding the best solutions or managing your mental energy in any way.

Your mind works – for or against you?!

Start to note every time you check in to your thoughts – was it positive or negative?
