Keep Joy inside you

Chi Chat – what difference would Joy@Work bring to you?

Joy@Work is a concept I have promoted for years… and now! Yes! It seems to be catching on,
here is an article about how joy at work helps us to do better work, AND it feels easier, not harder!

Joy does NOT mean being airy fairy and grinning all the time. That might be the immediate end to any work, let alone Joy@Work!

Joy expressed!

Joy does mean feeling a solid bubble of contentment, calm, confidence, caring, clear headed, collaborative, can-do, complementary, communicative, credible, cheery, connected, and cooperative.

Working and living with joy in your heart and mind helps you through the difficult times.
It also can share strength to others who may be suffering.
It may be a difficult or sad time, and your face should reflect this. However, in your heart/mind you hold on to your JOY!

Joy inside!

Most of all, it really helps to boost your resilience. Increases your bounce-ability.
And it provides a font of energy to keep you well topped up.

May we suggest you notice what things bring you joy – it is often the small every day things.
Build up a conscious awareness and appreciation for them. Ask others. ‘What brings YOU joy?’ and add to your collection as appropriate.

Hearing from you would bring us MUCH joy!!
