Ken says: ‘I am passionate about helping people grow and develop in order to release their full potential. I will be acting as a Mind Chi Mentor within a local authority / multi-agency partnership board setting. I also intend to promote and encourage other organizations to take up the opportunity to become Mind Chi Mentors and to develop a Cheshire / Merseyside Mind Chi Network to share best practice and provide ongoing support.
Ken has extensive senior management experience within the public sector, responsible for developing and managing multi-agency teams, partnerships and boards. Ken has an extensive range of Executive Coaching and Leadership skills and brings a wealth of experience to organisational change and people development.
